Tried their lunch special this past monday. 3 rolls for $16. The fish to rice ratio was good, all 3 rolls were fresh and tasty.
Monday lunch was quiet so service was very quick, and I felt comfortable as I worked on my laptop.
Atmosphere is decent, I would feel comfortable coming back with friends or on a date. Not overpriced or stuffy.

Definitly some of the best sushi I’ve had in the Charlotte area. We went twice in a row even though it’s 30 minutes out from us. Excellent service and not a long wait for the food.

I have eaten at Shoku at least a dozen times and have always been pleased with the quality of my food. I enjoy sitting at the sushi bar and watching the chefs prepare my sushi. The fish is always fresh and they have a very good presentation. Would highly recommend checking this joint out if you love sushi!

If you want to get out of the crowd of Charlotte and have great Sushi come to Shoku! We love the Volcano it's our favorite. We try all different rolls though Make sure you get the Shrimp dumplings for an app and a glass of Leche sake wine!
